School Success & Support Intern

We’re looking for a School Success Intern

We’re looking for someone is who passionate about education and is interested in joining a growing education technology start-up as part of our School Success & Support team! The School Success Intern is key to ensuring that our internal team is supported in their work helping our subscribing schools successfully implement ThinkCERCA.

ThinkCERCA is a top winner of the Gates Foundation Literacy Courseware Grant, and was mentioned by Bill Gates himself at this year’s ASU GSV Summit. Just three years into implementing our platform in classrooms, we are already being used in over 30,000 schools across the country, and we are poised for tremendous growth.

If you were working for us, here are some of the things you might have done last week:

  • Assisted with creating materials that align ThinkCERCA lessons with school curricula
  • Assisted with curriculum and novel research, and writing summaries and overviews
  • Supported with documentation and implementation resources for School Success Managers, including documenting school success managers’ reports “from the field”
  • Assisted with data entry and maintenance of Salesforce.com
  • Analyzed data to provide insights about schools that need extra attention or communication
  • Assisted with account research for business development or operations purposes
  • Developed communications to support school trainings, roll-out, and ongoing support
  • Helped School Success Managers with scheduling, traveling, and organizing resources

Here are some other things we are looking for:

  • Self-starter attitude with strong work ethic, organization and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, and helping them with solve problems with technology
  • Excellent analytical and pragmatic problem solving abilities
  • Rockstar status on technology/computer skills with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Proficiency utilizing Google Docs and Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Someone who is pursuing a college degree

Bonus points if you:

  • Have prior experience using Salesforce
  • Have prior experience using customer relations management system like ZenDesk or Salesforce
  • Are pursuing a degree in education
