We are seeking a seasoned and talented Senior Account Executive to grow our presence nationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Account Executive will drive enterprise sales partnerships and execute solution-based selling strategies to grow our presence nationally. You will lead outreach and relationship development with school and district leaders across the country.
- New business revenue quotas for specific regions nationally.
- Partnership growth nationally.
- Develop and win opportunities to support districts seeking Core English Language Arts curriculum and continue to grow the supplemental literacy across disciplines partnerships.
- Lead sales strategy and partnership growth for assigned territories.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with district leaders
- Take a consultative approach—understand individual state’s unique needs and align ThinkCERCA’s solution to them
- Provide strategic recommendations on Core ELA solutions to school and district leadership
- Collaborate with the Regional Success Manager to support and develop regional customer success team members
- Set and manage meetings with school and district stakeholders
- Qualify new prospects; analyze opportunity size; maintain and track data in our CRM for the assigned regions
- Continuously optimize outreach and sales cycle strategies
- Develop and deepen school and district contacts throughout the sales lifecycle
- Maintain complete and accurate CRM documentation for all activities
- Conduct daily outreach through customized emails and strategic calls to territory-based leads
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 2-4 times per month (conferences, in person meetings, presentations, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a principal, district leader, or in a senior role supporting curriculum adoption
- Deep understanding of Common Core and state specific standards
- Proven success in consultative sales or partnership development with K-12 districts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in presenting to district-level audiences
- Analytical and pragmatic problem-solving abilities
- Experience working remotely and independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot
